Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Opening order minimum: $125; Reorder minimum: $75

PLACING AN ORDER. Orders can be placed three different ways:

1. Create an account at sammygorinllc-wholesale.com and place an order.

Any business that wishes to place a wholesale order with Sammy Gorin LLC on sammygorinllc-wholesale.com must first be approved for a wholesale account. If you’ve shopped with Sammy Gorin LLC before through Faire, Bulletin, or via email, please email sammy@sammygorinart.com so an account can be made for you.
Sammy Gorin LLC will make an assessment as to your eligibility for a wholesale account based on the information provided and additional criteria including, but not limited to, other products and brands stocked by your store and physical proximity to other confirmed Sammy Gorin LLC retailers.

2. Place an order via Faire: sammygorinllc.faire.com.

3. Email a completed order form to sammy@sammygorinart.com. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an invoice via email. Carefully review the invoice to confirm all items are listed correctly. Once the invoice is paid, your order will ship within 3-7 business days.

PAYMENT. Payment is accepted via credit card and all payments must be received and processed prior to shipment.

SHIPPING. All orders are shipped from Lorton, VA, and buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

Domestic orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise arranged. International orders will ship via FedEx or UPS, whichever service has the most cost-efficient option at the time of purchase.

Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days. If you’d like to schedule delivery for a later date, please indicate that on your order form or at check out if placing your order through Faire. If a product you have ordered is backordered, you will be notified ASAP.

DAMAGED & MISSING ITEMS. If you received a package that includes damaged or missing items, contact Sammy at sammy@sammygorinart.com. Product replacements and refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis.

RETURNS. Returns are not accepted. If you receive damaged or missing items, please contact Sammy immediately at sammy@sammygorinart.com

CANCELLATION OF WHOLESALE ORDERS. After payment is received and processing of your order has begun, we do not allow for cancellations.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All of the designs, content within, and any materials made available on this website are the sole property of Sammy Gorin LLC.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY & DESCRIPTIONS. If you plan to offer Sammy Gorin LLC products online, you must use the same product titles used on the Sammy Gorin LLC website. Retailers are free to download product images directly from the website, but if you need higher resolution images, email Sammy at sammy@sammygorinart.com.

CHANGES TO WHOLESALE. Sammy Gorin LLC reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions that govern our wholesale relationships at any time. We will notify current wholesale account holders of any such changes. Furthermore, we reserve the right to make alterations to our wholesale products, prices, shipping methods, returns policies or any other part of our wholesale process. PRODUCT DETAILS

GREETING CARDS. All greeting cards are A2, printed on white, matte 111 lb cardstock (300 gsm) and are packaged with a matching envelope in a cellophane sleeve.

STICKERS. Stickers are made of a thick, premium vinyl, are 3-3.5” in size and are sold loose without packaging. They are waterproof, dishwasher safe and coated with a protective laminate to make them resistant to wind, rain, water, sunlight, and scratching.

PENS & PEN SETS. Gel pens come with black ink, a 0.5mm point and are 4.75 x 0.25” in size. Single pens are sold loose without packaging. Pen sets include 4 or 6 pens and are secured to a backing card within a cellophane sleeve.

NOTEPADS. Notepads are 5.5 x 8.5” and include 50 sheets of paper. They are protected by a cellophane sleeve.

FINE ART PRINTS. All art prints are printed on bright 190 gsm fine art paper, affixed to a white mat frame and placed in a cellophane sleeve.

Available Sizes
- SMALL. Print is 5 x 7”; white mat is 8 x 10”
- LARGE. Print is 8 x 10”; white mat is 11 x 14” (only available for select prints)

ORNAMENTS. Ornaments are made from recycled, opaque acrylic that’s 3mm thick. They are 3” in size, come with a gold string and are sold loose without packaging.

HAIR CLAWS. Hair claws are made of durable cellulose acetate, which is environmentally friendly and biodegradable. Clips are sold loose and each one arrives in a cellophane wrapper to keep it clean and safe from scratches.

ACRYLIC PHONE GRIPS. Phone grips adhere best to smooth hard plastic cases (may not stick to silicone, soft, or waterproof cases). They are attached to a backing card and enclosed in a cellophane sleeve.

WRAPPING PAPER. 2.5’ x 7.5’ continuous roll.

GIFT BAGS. Gift bags are 9.6 x 4.5 x 13” and are made of a heavyweight, sustainably-sourced stock that’s protected with a scuff-resistant matte lamination. Bags also have a flat bottom with a glued-in reinforcement card, metal grommets and premium rope handles.

SHOE CHARMS. Shoe charms are made of PVC and are about 1.5” in size. Charms come secured to a backing card and protected with a cellophane sleeve.
